For purposes of these Terms, ‘Store’, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ mean {{ shop.name }}. ‘You’ means the customer or site visitor. ‘Products’ include apparel, accessories, gift cards, and digital content. ‘Site’ means {{ shop.url }}.

All orders are offers to purchase. We may refuse or cancel for suspected fraud, inventory errors, or policy breaches. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or contact you to reconfirm at the correct price.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Charges are processed in {{ shop.currency }} (or as displayed). Cash-on-Delivery (COD) may be available within Bangladesh; failed COD attempts or refusal upon arrival can affect future COD eligibility.

We ship nationwide via reputable couriers. Typical handling time is 1–2 business days; transit time varies by region. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Once handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you; we’ll still assist with carrier claims in good faith.

You can request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, please accept delivery and process a return per our policy. We reserve the right to cancel orders we cannot fulfill or that breach policy.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within the posted window (see our Returns page). Items must be unworn, unused, with tags/packaging. Certain items (final sale, hygiene-sensitive, or custom) are not returnable unless defective as per consumer law.

We stand behind product quality. If you receive a defective item, contact us promptly with proof (photos/video). Our remedy may be repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion and subject to inspection and applicable laws.

We work to display colors and measurements accurately, but variations can occur due to lighting, screens, and fabric treatment. Sizing guides are approximate. Streetwear fits may be intentionally relaxed or cropped.

Maintain accurate info and keep credentials secret. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any breach or unauthorized use.

Content you submit (reviews, photos) must be lawful and non-infringing. You grant {{ shop.name }} a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and share such content for store operations and marketing, with credit when reasonable.

All site content (logos, graphics, copy, code) is owned by or licensed to {{ shop.name }} and protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Site to shop and place orders.

Promo terms are as stated per offer. Single-use codes are one per order, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may exclude certain products, bundles, or new releases. We may modify or end promos at any time.

Gift cards and credit are redeemable only at {{ shop.url }}. They are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash except where required by law. Treat them like cash.

Estimated ship dates are guides only. Charges may occur at purchase. We may ship partial orders at our discretion with separate tracking.

We may link to or integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, analytics, couriers). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We aim to resolve issues amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Dhaka under the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh. You agree to personal jurisdiction in Bangladesh courts for enforcement of awards.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated ‘Last updated’ date.
