Exchange & Refund Policy

Fair to you. Sustainable for us. Please read before initiating a request.

Exchange 7 days
Size/color exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and gifts.

Refund 3 days
Refunds within 3 days of delivery for unused items (hygiene-sensitive categories excluded). Shipping/COD fees are non-refundable unless our error.

Defects QC Covered
Manufacturing defects or wrong items are fully covered. We replace or refund after verification.

How to Start an Exchange or Refund

Submit Request
Use our contact page with order number, item, reason, and photos (unboxing if defective).

Approval & Guide
We confirm eligibility and share the return address and packing instructions.

Ship Back
Use secure packaging; keep the courier receipt until your case is closed.

QC & Resolution
Inspection within 24–72 hours of arrival; we then process your exchange or refund.
Exchange Policy
  • Request within 7 days of delivery with order number.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, stickers, warranty cards, and any free gifts.
  • Like-for-like exchanges (size/color). If out of stock, we offer store credit.
  • Customer pays return shipping for size/color changes; if we sent a wrong/defective item, we cover two-way shipping.
Refund Policy
  • Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Eligible only if the item is in resale condition (no wear, stains, odors, or missing parts).
  • Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Personal care, perfumes once opened, undergarments, customized/engraved products.
  • Final-sale/clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards and digital downloads.
Packaging & Inspection
  • Use original box/pouch where possible to avoid transit damage.
  • Include invoice, warranty card, and any gifts to avoid partial deductions.
  • QC time: 24–72 hours after the product reaches us.
Wrong/Defective Items
  • Share an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement or refund at no extra cost after verification.
Gifts & Exchanges
  • Gifts can be exchanged by the recipient with order proof.
  • Refunds (if approved) go to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Refund Timelines
  • Store credit: instant after QC.
  • Bank/MFS: 2–7 business days after approval.
  • COD refunds: sent to a nominated MFS/bank account.
